I've always been wondering just how good a camera car a Citroen DS could be. That lovely, smooth ride could result in some great, stable footage.

Good luck! I studied film in college and shot my final project with an old 16mm Bolex camera. It was a lot of fun I enjoyed making it.

I'll be using a T2i I bought used earlier this year with some vintage Nikon lenses and maybe a Helios if it ever gets here. I got a Zoom H4 and a Rode NTG2 for audio and everything else is cheaper than dirt (which considering everything else I have is pretty cheap that's saying something.) Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be rubbish. I'm terrified and super anxious.

That's exciting! Looks like you have all the grear you need. I remember that one of the biggest things in doing these projects is to spend a lot of time before you even pick up the camera doing your storyboarding and shot lists. Organization and planning will take you a long way. Too bad California is a long way from Ohio as I would love to help out.
